AESTE Week 4 ✨ [12 - 18 Sep 2022]

• For this week about the Healtheir choice pasta noodle, we did the research and analyze on 5 force model which consist of new entrants, competitors, substitutes, buyers and supplier. • After we had a chance to discussed with p Ronnie about the new project idea, pasta noodle, we came to the conclusion that this project has very small chance of success. As a result, we are now trying to find new ideas to work on and start doing a research.

• This Thursday, we had a meeting with p James and came up with the new possible project idea which is Medical Healthcare for middle to high income elderly. Our team is now doing the research to see the potential of this project including the existing solution and competitors in Thailand, problems with existing solution and business model canvas. We will get everything done by the end of this week and discuss with p Ronnie as soon as we can to move forward to the next stage.
