Our team discovered this week who our mentor is and how they will support us with the project. A little background about our mentor, p' Py, who is the co-founder of the music streaming website fungjai. We got to know one another and scheduled a meeting with our new mentor. We will explain our project and strategy to our mentor at our approaching first meeting and seek for his opinion. This week, we're trying to prove the competitive advantage. As indicated in the attached document (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1GkDNMO-0edDXMVbe-oYHLQkVzRqidFpcRfrhpZ642W4/edit ), we divided into three groups to research Thailand's competitors both within and outside of Thailand, their goods, and potential target consumers' preferences. We also conducted research on a number of our Thai competitors, such as Cleo, Jeban, Wongnai Beauty, Choicechecker, Vanilla, etc. We also outlined the advantages and disadvantages of beauty bloggers and review sites. Our target market consists of frequent Instagram users.
