✨AESTE WEEK 9 (14-20 MAR 2022)✨

During this week there is not much progress as last week is midterm examinations week. We step up to another level of our prototype validation by trying the compression molding machine with the shampoo fine powder. The result of this is successfully transforming our shampoo from powder into a solid form.

When we learnt from the professor at King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok that we borrow their spray dryer machine to transform our liquid shampoo into powder, we discovered that the level heat exposed to the product during the spray dry process eliminated the smell of the shampoo. Moreover, it also removed the color of the shampoo into white color.

As a result of using our tablet shampoo, we discover that it is dissolvable but it has no smell, but it still gives a clean feeling.

For the week after this week, we will be starting to work on our pitch deck towards this semester’s goal. Also, we will also be conducting more research on our focus group by sending our product in solid form to our target group.
