✨AESTE WEEK 5 (6 - 12 SEP 2021)✨

During week 5, we finished editing and adding more information into our pitch deck and pitch script. After we finished, we presented our pitch to our mentors and received feedback which we need to work on in week 6. Also, we researched about the ingredients of making our product.


The feedback includes:

- We need to know that we cannot replace every shampoo bottles as some people only use the brand they used.

- Do a research on amount of waste from small bottles of shampoo eg. shampoo from hotels

- Find more competitors inside and outside Thailand.

- Find the claim that Lush, our only tablet shampoo competitor, is expensive and not reachable.

- Change the x-axis of the positioning map as right now it is not making sense.

- Find how are we different from earth suds, know more about them and go through their customer reviews, shampoo tablet company outside Thailand. (biggest competitor)

- Start thinking about our revenue and concern more about our cost.

- example of brands who have similar target like our company -- travelers who carry shampoo with them when they travel and environmentally friendly.

- Be more specific on our user persona and make sure that there is more people like this specific person.

- Understand that our target market is not mass but nich and still growing as the trend about environmentally friendly is growing. Also, if there is a lot of people which share the same interest as this person, we will have a bigger market.

- Find the design of our product that is worth it and attractive which will allow people to keen to buy our product and willing to pay.

- Our company's value is not clear enough, so we need to do more research about that.

- Do more research about อย. and legal matters.

- Our competitors are not only companies whose sell shampoo in tablet and capsule form, but also all shampoo brand companies that our user is currently using too.

- Find out that do our customers really think our solution matters and worth fixing.
