✨AESTE WEEK 3 (23-29 AUG 2021)✨

This week, we discuss with our mentor about our early customers who is hospitel and found out that by the time we launch our product, there might not be a lot of hospitel left in Thailand. There might be some left for us to test the product but not to sell it. So, we concluded that we will be researching on both our early customers and end customers. Early this week we start doing deeper research on our end customer, travelers, who pay more than 30 baht per time to wash hair or willing to pay more than 20 baht per capsule. The questions is about their current product (shampoo) and opinion on AESTE product. Each of us are assign to interview 10 people each and the result will be discuss on Monday 30th August with out mentor.


Questions on their current products including their shampoo brand, the ingredients, price, the reason they use it, how they use shampoo when traveling, and their traveling period.


Opinions on AESTE product including packaging, how it looks like, factor of a worthy shampoo, environmentally friendly products, and ingredients.
