After the first week, we decided to do deeper research on our target customer which are travelers and hospitels in Thailand.


For hospitels, each team members are assign to interview 1 hospitels, and the questions mainly include the number of patients, brand of the shampoo the hospitel provided, size and price of the shampoo, length of stay for each patient, what do they do with the toiletries waste, what is the factor of buying the shampoo brand they are using, etc. The purpose of this survey is to know the hospitels' needs and the price of the shampoo they are willing to pay.


For travelers, we got in total 135 responses. The questions mainly include their salary, shampoo brand they are using, size and price of the shampoo, how many time they use shampoo per week, how long can their one shampoo bottle last, what is their factor of choosing the shampoo brand, how long and how many time they usually travel each year, etc. The purpose of this survey is to understand more about the customers' needs and what factor can we do to make them choose our product instead of the existing ones.


Another thing that we did the research about is อย (Food and Drugs Administration) and มอก (Thai Industrial Standards Institute. This is to know what we need to faced when starting our business and producing the tablets.
