✨AESTE WEEK 15 (15-21 NOV 2021)✨

For week 15, our team created 2 survey for our 30 focus groups to tell us about their first impression after using our shampoo and the result after 2 weeks of them using it.


The objective of the first survey are as listed below :


1. Explore our focus group’s hair condition before using our product. This would enable the users to evaluate the initial condition of their hair and compare it after 2 weeks of using the AESTE product.


2. Explore our focus group’s hair concerns before using our product. This would enable the users to evaluate the initial condition of their hair and compare it after 2 weeks of using the AESTE product.


3. Evaluate our shampoo product and see whether users are satisfied with the current scent (non-fragrance).


4. Evaluate our shampoo product and see whether users are satisfied with the current experience as different people prefer different amounts of foam the shampoo produces.


Our product is still developing, so we will be exploring and find more formula to best suit our target market which we will improve it to test with our second product testing. As we are still waiting for the second respond, we are now working on our presentation and business pitch. For the first survey, we received feedbacks which we can see a lot of things we can improve.
