We spoke with P' Ronnie about our difficulties utilizing a spray dryer or a freeze dryer machine this week, and he told to assist us get in touch with the labs at Chulalongkorn University. Currently, in order to make our social media correspond to the same story, we have summed up the advantages of our shampoo that we wish to claim and promote to our audiences: 1) reduce hair and dandruff concerns 2) Make the hair shiny and black; and 3) Fix the issues regarding hair loss.


We found a fresh, and hopefully final, packaging solution by purchasing a readymade white box, which we then edited in Photoshop to add our logo on. Next, in order to optimize our packaging, we will construct a survey form to assess four criteria consisting of whether or not the packaging makes it simple to use shampoo products, if it can keep products fresh for an extended time, whether it is portable, and whether or not it promotes product awareness. A survey for the product and packaging will be conducted by 3 groups of users which consist of Gen Z (Age 18-23), Gen X (Age 40-55), and Millennials (age 24-39).


Another area we concentrate on is marketing analysis, after the product itself and the packaging. We'll perform an analysis based on social media engagement, popular content, impression and reach of posts, as well as views, likes, and comments.
