✨AESTE WEEK 12 (4-10 APR 2022)✨

As last week we produce 1 kg of liquid shampoo, we contacted the KMUTNB university's lab to borrow the spray dryer machine. This week we brought our liquid shampoo to the lab and transform it into the fine powder.

During the transformation process of the shampoo, we have talked to the professor who helped us with the machine and gained some insights regarding the transformation process:

- The heat makes the shampoo scent evaporate.

- Scent can be added later to the powder by using liquid form like a perfume spray, put it into perfume head and spray into a bag and shake.

- If the Powder is not fine enough, it is needed to grind more

- When the powder is still hot from the process, it must be closed and kept a good seal and do not let air in.

- Next time, we have to add less salt while making the shampoo liquid.

- Need to oil herbs separately one by one (ginger, lemongrass, pandan leaves, and butterfly pea)
