✨AESTE WEEK 12 (25-31 OCT 2021)✨

For week 12, things we did are as listed:


- We create a google sheet to do the cost estimation per 1 shampoo tablet which the result is it is less than 0.5 baht per tablet only include ingredients cost. Also, we found out that 1 batch of our recipe can produce estimated 285 tablets in total.


- We research on the costs of hiring focus group and found the website for it. The platform provides focus group service starting at 1000 baht. They cover interviewing various information or trying various products, services and giving detailed feedback. The focus group they provided can be in both onsite and online, or individually and group.


- We research on the cost and where to find micro and nano Instagram influencers to test our product. If our company needed to raise our brand awareness, the platform can give advice services from start to finish with more than 100,000 influencers in the system and can make tracking campaigns easier for us.


- Each of the team members are assigned to find 2 organic shampoo brands, total of 10 organic shampoo brands. Details we need to find including how they build their brands and how they make their product well known and trustable.

What we need to do next week, our mentor suggested us to first focus on at least 30 people to test our product and 15 influencers from our connection or easily to get in contact with. At the same time we looking for the influencers, we need to find the number of reach each influencer has on their instagram post and cost. Also, we need to prioritize our product benefits over the features.
