✨WEEK 4 (08-14 FEB 2021)✨

🤍 After presenting the research to our mentor, we discuss all the solutions and things to do next week with her and receive feedback. One of the interesting comments from her is to scope down our area of expertise of freelancers. By doing this, we will have to do more research by using secondary research and survey our freelancer students. We also need to do more research on our business owners and look at the work trends because we need to make sure that the area of expertise we are scoping in is the work that is needed in the market. Another thing that we need to research more is about the technology we will be using. This is because when we list the functions of our platform out, we forgot to do the research about the cost of it. So, our mentor suggested we cut some of the function out as most of it is very costly. As a result, we need to find a better solution that could improve our platform, make it better and find the uniqueness of it to attract more customers.

🤍 Things we need to work on by the next meeting with our mentor are listed below.

⚪️ scope the area of expertise of freelancer jobs for university students.

⚪️ Find the way to reach university students both in bangkok and outside bangkok universities. (offline or online)

⚪️ Research the number of students who can do the work in the area that we scope.

⚪️ Find the needs of our business owner’s customers whether they are satisfied and prefer to pay an amount of money for the area of work that we scope or not.

⚪️ Where can we find the customers both student freelancers and business owners?

⚪️ Start drafting our prototype using powerpoint or proto.io. -- easy to use for both sides of customers. (each of our team members will create each design and choose the most convenient one)
