🤍 This week, week 3, our team members interview freelancers and users of competitors platform. This way is to make us know more about advantages and disadvantages of our competitors.


🤍 On Thursday 4th February 2021, we had a meeting with our mentor and discussed the interview result. What I get from the result is some platforms have a problem to screen customers, the effectiveness of the platform is not really stable, lack of interaction with customers, and the commision rate is too high (17%). After the discussion, we realise that we still have things to research more and deeper which are the list below.


⚪️ Know your customer/ customer service

- Chat & call – support both sides of customers, freelancers and hires.

- Discuss office hour time of the customer service.

- Function of the platform more stable than users platform

- How to make the platform easy to register?

- How to screen customers?– financially and sexually

- Commission (…%?)

- Research about the competitor from Facebook groups and pages


⚪️ Look through financial statement of fastwork


⚪️ Ways to cut cost or reduce unnecessary cost.


⚪️ List out function of the website – interaction and effectiveness


⚪️ List out what COLLANCE can improve


⚪️ Do more research about how we can advertise COLLANCE and how competitors' platforms advertise their platform.
